Cycling to School
The school has a provision for the storage of bicycles should students wish to cycle to school.  Students wishing to cycle are required to provide their own locks and follow the Code of Conduct at all times.

School street timings

The implementation of a School Street around Dormers Wells High School started on 6th May 2025. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of our students. A School Street is a designated area where the roads around the school are closed to most traffic, prioritising pedestrians and cyclists, for a set time at the start and end of the school day.  The School Street will be in effect Monday to Friday during the following times:

  • Morning: 8:15am to 9:00am
  • Afternoon: 2:45pm to 3:45pm

These closures will operate during term time only, according to the term dates published on Ealing Council’s website. They will also be in effect on individual school training and occasional days.

Please note students may not ride mopeds or other motorised vehicles to school.
